3. How the Service Works

BlitzReward is a rewards platform where you earn money by completing surveys, offers, and tasks from our third-party partners. Earnings are credited to your account and can be redeemed for gift cards, PayPal, cryptocurrency, or other payout methods.

• Availability varies by location, device, and user profile.
• Earnings are credited based on confirmations from partners. Credit times may vary.
• We are not responsible for third-party offer content or practices.

4. Earnings and Payouts

• Earnings are tracked in US dollars ($USD).
• Payouts require a minimum withdrawal amount as shown on the redemption page.
• Processing may take up to 48 hours.
• We may withhold, adjust, or revoke earnings if fraud is detected.
• Earnings have no cash value until a payout is successfully delivered.
• Balances on inactive accounts (no login for 12 months) may be forfeited.

5. Prohibited Conduct

6. Referral Program

• Referred users must be real, unique individuals with legitimate accounts.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms.
• Termination for cause results in forfeiture of remaining balance.
• You may delete your account anytime via the Settings page. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. You can request your data be emailed before deletion.
• We are not liable for any loss from account termination.

9. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee availability or reliability of offers or earning opportunities.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• Displayed earnings are estimates and may be adjusted based on partner verification.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlitzReward shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to you through the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlitzReward from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
